This very special show was a unique combination of the world's greatest jam band, The Grateful Dead, followed by the greatest rock band, The Who. The Dead were at their peak, jamming on one song for what seemed like hours. Here in the Bay Area, there were loads of fans that liked both bands. It's not like the Deadheads left after the Dead was finished. The Who were bombastic, featuring the last Northern California appearance of Keith Moon. Kj
