Grateful Dead 1976 Oakland Coliseum Stadium Oakland,California
This very special show was a unique combination of the world's greatest
jam band, The Grateful Dead, followed by the greatest rock band, The
Who. The Dead were at their peak, jamming on one song for what seemed
like hours. Here in the Bay Area, there were loads of fans that liked
both bands. It's not like the Deadheads left after the Dead was finished.
The Who were bombastic, featuring the last Northern California
appearance of Keith Moon. Kj
